Behold! An action-packed, hands-on exploration of the techniques and exciting history of the comic medium! Students will experience writing, penciling, inking, lettering and coloring their own comics. They will learn the shocking origins of their favorite comic books and characters and meet the real-life heroes and villains behind it all. Discussion topics will include superheroes, funny books, newspaper strips, manga, webcomics, indie/alternative comix, animation, important creators, traditional vs. digital production techniques and more!
