This course will focus on basic skills of horsemanship and grooming, with a strong emphasis on safety. Students will have the choice of riding English or western style. Instruction will lead to a ride in a group environment meant to test your newly acquired horsemanship skills.
For ages 7-18
- $199 price includes use of equipment and horse, T-shirt, camp photo, and all supplies.
- Campers must provide their own snacks.
- Location: Texas Rose Horse Park – 14078 State Hwy. 110N.
- Jeans or long pants and smooth-soled shoes with half-inch heel required. ASTM/
- SEI riding helmets are provided.
